Hans Hinterreiter was a 20th century Swiss Painter who employed mathematical ideas
in his work, by using grid-based tessellations warped by non-linear transformations.
The above designs are not by Hinterreiter. They are my own creations which came
about through my implementing some of Hinterreiter's ideas in software, as he
no doubt would have done had he lived in the age of computers. This is just
a start for a web resource about Hinterreiter, with more information to come.
